Provided is an unmanned tapping hole opening machine that is fully automated to improve productivity and prevents all safety accidents from being generated during steelmaking process. A tapping hole opening machine(100) comprises a tapping hole opening machine transfer car(200), a transfer(300), a nozzle transfer cart(210), an intermediate transfer cart(215), a lower transfer cart(221), a main cart(225), a main cart rail(226), and an automatic nozzle supply unit, wherein nozzles(2) are loaded on the nozzle transfer cart from the transfer such that the nozzles are automatically mounted on or dismounted from an oxygen supply manifold, the nozzles are loaded on the nozzle transfer cart from the transfer such that the nozzles are automatically mounted on or dismounted from the oxygen supply manifold, and twenty nozzles are supplied from an automatic nozzle supply unit which is mounted on a chute(202) such that the automatic nozzle supply unit supplies the nozzles one by one such that the nozzles are charged into the tapping hole opening machine, and wherein floating materials and skull are effectively removed as the automatic nozzle supply unit is being automatically moved forward and backward to the tapping hole opening machine by clamping the nozzles in the automatic nozzle supply unit.
