摘要 A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger is provided to cut down manufacturing cost, and to reduce manufacturing hours by painting the heat exchanger while brazing without additional painting process. A core of a heat exchanger is manufactured(S200), and the assembled core of the heat exchanger is cleaned(S202). Flux including a paint additive is spread to decompose or absorb oxide on a surface of a product in brazing, to restrict oxidation of base metal in heating and to increase fluidity of filler metal by keeping the surface of filler metal clean in brazing. Moisture of flux is dried(S206), and the heat exchanger is brazed by heating(S208). Brazing temperature and brazing time are decided according to alloy of filler metal, and residual matters of flux is removed after brazing. The brazed heat exchanger is crimped with support members(S210), and leak of the brazed heat exchanger is inspected(S212).
