A structure of an air duct is provided to reduce flow resistance of the intake air by making an intake air passage curved and to damp noise generated in sucking in or ejecting the air by flowing the intake air to a resonant space through small holes of an inner pipe. An air duct(30) has an intake air passage bent in a curved line form to suck in the intake air used for operating an engine. One end of the intake air passage is connected to an inlet of an air cleaner. The air duct is a dual pipe type composed of inner and outer pipes(31,35). A plurality of small holes(32) is bored at the inner pipe. A resonant space(40) is formed by forming a predetermined gap between an outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe and an inner peripheral surface of the outer pipe.
