A dispenser (12) for dispensing foamable compositions includes a first modul e (13) comprising a first housing, a fluid flow fitting in the first housing (15), a shutoff valve in the first housing (15) and in flu id communication with the fluid flow fitting (17). The dispenser (12) further includes a second module (14) comprising: a second housing (16) , a valuing chamber in the second housing (16) for receiving fluid from the shutoff valve and the fluid flow fitting (17); and means for securing the first (13) and second (14) modules to one another with the valuing chamber in fluid communication with the shutoff valve and t he fluid flow fitting (l7) so that foam precursors can travel from the foam fittings to the valuing chamber, and be dispensed from the chamber to form foam.
