A device for regulating a supply amount of medical fluid is provided to allow a button body, operating unit for discharging the medical fluid, to be exactly pushed even when any portion thereof is pushed by configuring the button body in such a manner that it is supported on a case with aid of elastic supporting projections. The device for regulating a supply amount of medical fluid includes: a lower case(10); a medical fluid storing tube(20), contained in the lower case(10); an upper case(30); a button body(40), exposed through a penetrated hole(31) of the upper case(30) to the outside and operated up- and downward so as to additionally supply the medical fluid; and many elastic supporting projections(41), correspondingly formed around the outer side of the button body(40) and configured in such a manner that they are connected to a connection projection axis(32) of the upper case(30) so as to be elastically supported.
