摘要 An inkjet printer head chip having improved stress and adhesion characteristics is provided to obtain a high mechanical strength by keeping oxidization from being processed. An inkjet printer head(100) includes a substrate(110), an insulating layer(120), a heater(130), a connector(135), and an anti-carbonation layer(150). The insulating layer(120) is formed on the upper surface of the substrate(110). The heater(130) makes contact with the conductor(135). The conductor(135) exposes a predetermined part of the heater(130). An ink path is connected to an ink chamber(162). A plate(160) for providing the ink path is formed. A nozzle pate(170) is formed on the plate(160). The insulation layer(120) is formed with an insulation material. The substrate(110) is insulated from a conductor(135). The substrate(110) blocks the delivery of the heating of the heater(130).
