A spray gun for forming a waterproof layer is provided to form a jointless waterproofing layer and to form a waterproofing layer effectively. The spray gun(200) for forming a waterproof layer comprises: a glass fiber jetting device(150) fixed to the sheared part of a waterproofing material jetting device(180) by a fixing member(152) and composed of a glass fiber cutting unit(130) and a glass fiber jetting unit(140) to collect and jet pieces of glass fiber to the area for cutting the glass fiber and forming a waterproofing layer; a waterproofing material jetting device(180) placed closely to the glass fiber jetting device(150) and composed of a waterproofing material supplying tubular member composed of corrosion-resisting metal, a jetting nozzle(170) for spraying the waterproofing materials supplied to form a waterproofing layer in the type of mist and a primary cork valve opening and shutting a pipeline of the tubular member; and an air line(190) fixed to one side of the tubular member of the waterproofing material jetting device(180) and provided with a secondary cork valve(198) to open and shut a pipeline.
