A cotton swab holder is provided to align the cotton swabs, stored inside the present holder, in one direction to allow the easy and convenient drawing-out of them and to draw out one of them when a door is opened so as to allow the very convenient and hygienic usage of them. The cotton swab holder includes: a holder body(20), having a partition plate(21) for partitioning the inside of the holder body(20) into many storing spaces for storing a cotton swab(10) and an inclined surface(25), which is inclined toward one side in the bottom surface; and a cover(30), removably connected to an upper side of the holder body(20) and having a door(31) formed in its one side which opening and closing an opening(32) of the holder body(20) so as to draw out the stored cotton swab(10) from the latter(20).
