A fixing element of a water cooling device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a water leakage and to increase the cooling efficiency by limiting movement of a cooling coil by improving a combination structure of the cooling coil and a fixing element. A fixing element(180) is installed at an upper plate of a water storage tank so that an end of a cooling coil(120) passes through the fixing element and is extended out of the water storage tank. The fixing element includes a nipple(130) and a bush(170). The nipple is formed of a body(132) having a male screw at an outer periphery to be combined with a nut(160) having a female screw at an inner periphery, and an outward flange(131) integrated with a lower end of the body to be combined with a lower part of the upper plate, wherein a through-hole(134) is perforated in the center of the body for passing the end of the cooling coil. The bush is combined with a predetermined end of the cooling coil and is inserted into the through hole to solidify combination of the cooling coil and the nipple.
