A game pad having an suction plate for fixing a mobile terminal is provided to fix the mobile terminal safely and prevent separation of the suction plate from the mobile terminal. A game pad having an suction plate for fixing a mobile terminal comprises a body(10), a manipulating portion(11), a connector(60) and a suction plate(30). The body comprises an accommodating portion accommodating the mobile terminal(P). The manipulating portion is arranged in the body and receives key signals. The connector is connected to an interface of the mobile terminal and provides the key signals input from the manipulating portion to the mobile terminal. The suction plate is of soft materials, contacts to the mobile terminal accommodated in the accommodating portion and fixes the mobile terminal within the accommodating portion.
