A refill apparatus is provided to improve work efficiency by simplifying refill work. A refill apparatus includes an adaptor(200) and a valve unit(400). The valve unit(400) opens or closes the aperture of a vessel. The adaptor(200) is coupled with the valve unit(400) of remaining vessels and opens the entry of the vessel by operating the valve unit. The value unit(400) is included in a charge vessel(300), and the adaptor(200) is included in the refill vessel(100). The charge vessel(300) is filled with refill ink. The entry(302) is protruded and formed on the upper part of the charge vessel(300). A plurality of O rings(310) is coupled with the outer peripheral surface of the entry(302).
