A hot water heating method using a panel is provided to transfer the hot water in a heating plate and to easily install anti-vibration and anti-noise devices such as a spring by using the hot water heating plate. A hot water pipe line(2) is installed in a hot water heating plate(1) to transfer the hot water. A plate connecting projection unit and a plate connecting recess unit are arranged at both sides of the hot water heating plate. The plate connecting projection unit is inserted into the plate connecting recess unit of the other hot water heating plate. An anti-leakage packing(4) is disposed at the plate connecting recess unit to apply watertightness. Plural hot water heating plates are connected by using a bolt connecting groove unit(10) and a heating plate connecting bolt.
