A fishway floodgate-cum-automatic overturn floodgate provided with a safety screen is provided to have an effect on containing water under all circumstances by installing on the front of rivers, to improve the water quality and to economize in maintenance cost by discharging water downward as much as the inflow of the upper stream by opening a fishway floodgate automatically, to keep and restore a river ecosystem by forming a fishway naturally without a separate fishway, to prevent the inundation by opening a main floodgate completely at flood, to prevent the loss of lives by equipping a safety screen and to prevent the malfunction of a floodgate by intercepting the inflow of floating matters. The fishway floodgate-cum-automatic overturn floodgate provided with a safety screen(4) is operated by converting into the overflow type of the upper end and the discharge type of the lower end according to the inflow from the upper stream and the water level by installing on a dam of a river. Wherein a main body of a main floodgate(1) is placed to be inclined on a support structure, the lower end of a main floodgate(1) is fixed to a support structure to be movable on a central shaft, a main floodgate(1) forms a frame of a fishway floodgate(2), and a winch type fishway floodgate is installed to the inside of a main floodgate and operated vertically by a hydraulic cylinder fixed to the upper part or the lower part.
