A pneumatic brake booster of a vehicle is provided to compensate a reaction disc and a thermal expansion element from each other in a windage level of the shaft-line direction when operation temperature is changed. A pneumatic brake booster of a vehicle comprises a shaft-direction piston supported on a thrust rod(32) by intermediation of a reaction disc(30) composed of incompressible substances and transferred by the thrust rod. The reaction disc installed on an end portion of a control rod interacts with a plunger(28) guided in a sliding style along a shaft-direction passage of the shaft-direction piston. The thrust rod supports a stop(50) integrally installed with the thrust rod and a shaft-direction thermal expansion element(48) installed between bearing components(42) on the reaction disc. A shaft-direction windage(a) is between the thermal expansion element, the bearing element, the stop of the thrust rod, and the reaction disc. The windage decides a conversion point of the assistance ratio. During a change of operation temperature, the thermal expansion element has an opposite effect to the reaction disc about the windage.
