A low-voltage oscillator capable of tuning a frequency is provided to simplify a circuit structure by changing a resistance to change a frequency. An amplifier(10) outputs a predetermined oscillation frequency. A first inverter(20) inverts and amplifies an output of the amplifier(10). A second reference voltage application unit(30) feeds back an output of the first inverter(20) to a non-inverting terminal by operating a switch, and determines a frequency by setting a lower voltage. A second inverter(40) inverts and amplifies an output of the first inverter(20). A first reference voltage application unit(50) feeds back an output of the second inverter(40) to the non-inverting terminal by operating a switch, and determines a frequency by setting an upper voltage. An RC circuit unit(60) connects an output of the second inverter(40) to the inverting terminal, and determines an oscillating period of the frequency by a charging/discharging operation.
