A functional artificial limb is provided to allow a wearer to fold the frame, configuring the present artificial limb, when he/she sit in a chair, etc. or on the floor surface and to safely walk by installing a dual reinforcing member inside the artificial foot. The functional artificial limb includes: a frame for being connected to a cut portion of a lower limb; and an artificial foot(10). The frame is configured in such a manner that a first frame(30) is connected with a brachial frame(100) via a first hinge(42) to rotate a second frame(32), and that a one half surface, as a one side of an upper end of the second frame(32) which comes in contact with an upper end of the first frame(30), is adjacent to the upper end of the first frame(30) and other half surface, as other side thereof, is rounded to rotate the second frame(32) just in the direction of the other side. An ankle frame(44), connected to the artificial foot(10), and the second frame(32) are connected to each other via an ankle hinge(40).
