Machine for tying charcuterie products or sausages with continuous cord or yarn. The invention relates to a machine for tying charcuterie products or sausages with continuous cord or yarn. The inventive machine comprises a tying mechanism consisting of: a first gear or sprocket wheel; a latch; a feed screw (19) comprising a thread (191); a spring (24); a mobile disk (22); a reel (14) of yarn or cord (15), comprising a base (20) and a support; a yarn guide (25); a fixed flat bar (23); and restrictor blades. According to the invention, when the gear or sprocket wheel rotates from a rest position to an active position, the restrictor blades constrict the product and the latch moves from the first stop element to the second. In this way, the thread (191) is screwed and the mobile disk (22) moves towards the fixed flat bar (23), thereby immobilising and tightening the yarn (15). The mobile disk (22) returns to the initial position thereof when the first gear or sprocket wheel stops, the latch is in contact with the first stop element and the product is no longer constricted. |
