FIELD: pipeline transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: banding comprises winding insulating material on the defect section of a pipeline. The insulating material is made of a sleeve provided with the shell, which is sealed from outside and perforated from sides and walls adjacent to the pipeline. The cross-section of the insulating material is rhomboid, which is defined by rhomboid frames arranged inside the sleeve. The sleeve is separated into compartments with the use of transverse perforated baffles. Each of the compartments is provided with feeding and air connecting pipes and tightening locks which fit the sleeve on the pipeline with tension. The compartments are filled with a composition, which penetrates through the sleeve perforation and provides it to be secured to the pipeline upon the composition is solidified. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of repairing. ^ 1 dwg |
