FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves stimulating blood circulation in testis and its appendage. Both femoral arteries are clamped above inguinal ligament with 30 s - 1 min long exposure time. The time is increased to 3 min. 4 sessions with 6 procedures per day are given during 4-6 days. Next 6-8 days, femoral arteries are clamped with 3 min long exposure time in 4 sessions each including 4-6 procedures. Then, the femoral arteries are clamped with 3-5 min long exposure time giving 4 sessions per day each including 4 procedures.
