FIELD: inclinometers. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has substrate with adjusting screws, rotating table with inclinometer holding assembly, drive for rotation and holding of table, detectors of zenith and azimuth angles, azimuth zero detector, zenith zero detector, laser detector of vertical axis, channel for communication with inclinometer, drive control block, block for indication and connection of the latter to a PC. Drive is provided with electric engines, connected to rotary supports of table. Substrate is made in form of collapsible vertical support truss with rigid base. Table is made in form of system of two frames, greater than inclinometer dimensions, and inclinometer holding assembly. First frame is mounted on rotary supports between base and top of support truss. Second frame is mounted on rotary supports inside first frame with possible rotation in plane, passing through rotation axis of first frame. Assembly for holding inclinometer is mounted inside second frame in such a way, that intersection point of frames rotation axes matches gravity center of frames, gravity center of inclinometer holding assembly and gravity center of inclinometer itself. In other variant of automated device table is made in form of system of three frame. Third frame is mounted on rotary supports inside second frame with possible rotation around its longitudinal axis, matching longitudinal axis of inclinometer. ^ EFFECT: higher precision and simplified operation process. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
