FIELD: biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with an anti-sense oligonucleotide or one of its derivatives which can inhibit expression of human eg5 protein being relative to kinesin of motor proteins. The oligonucleotide has got a sequence being correspondent to that of nucleic acid coding certain part of human eg5. This innovation deals with the way to obtain the above-mentioned oligonucleotides, pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting human eg5 and its application.
