Provided are a concrete block painted with various colors, particularly a concrete block having various patterns and various colors only on a region desired to be expressed, and a method for the preparation thereof. The concrete block painted with various colors, is prepared by the method comprising the steps of: applying a permeation pigment onto a pattern plate according to composite coloring technologies; forming a block by placing and curing cement mortar after installation of a wire net on the pattern plate; releasing the formed block from the pattern plate; and applying a chlorine protecting agent onto a surface of the released block, wherein the permeation pigment is a water-dispersible pigment in which an inorganic pigment is dispersed in an epoxy resin and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and the chlorine protecting agent comprises an epoxy resin emulsion, an epoxy resin, an amine compound, a dispersant, a chlorine agent, an anti-foaming agent, a surface conditioning agent, an additive and balance of pure water.
