An automatic notifying method using reservation information in an IP keyphone system is provided to automatically input and reserve a meeting alarm through a user terminal and transmit a meeting time using a prompt voice message stored in the corresponding user terminal at a reserved time. A user inputs a code related to a meeting broadcast reservation program in a user terminal and activates the meeting broadcast reservation program. The user inputs meeting related information including a desired terminal, a meeting time, and a meeting room number through the user terminal. A main device stores the inputted meeting related information and transmits the meeting related information to a voice mail system. The voice mail system combines and transmits a voice message to be transmitted to an internal broadcast port of the voice mail system. The main device transmits a broadcast receiving instruction to a desired terminal, connects the broadcast port and the user terminal, and transmits the voice message to the user terminal.
