A coupling structure of a mobile communication terminal body and a battery is provided to couple and separate a battery with and from a body without forming a knob, while separating the body from the body with one sliding action, thereby simplifying a body case structure. Plural first hooking ends(120) comprise opening portions in both side sections of a contact surface(117) of a body(110) contacted with a battery(150) in a direction that the battery(150) slides to be coupled with the body(110). Plural second hooking ends(160) are formed in both side sections of the battery(150), and are inserted by sliding down the opening portions of the first hooking ends(120). An elastic body is protruded in a direction of the first hooking ends(120) on the contact surface(117) to pressurize the second hooking ends(160) inserted into the first hooking ends(120), and supplies an elastic force.
