A system and a method for supplying real-time video information for managing a target object are provided to manage the target object efficiently by transmitting collected information to a remote control system through a wireless communication network. A data obtaining part(110) obtains data related to a position and video information of a target object. A data receiving storing part(120) receives the data from the data obtaining part and then processes and stores it. A data storing part(130) stores data of the target object recorded by the data receiving storing part. A data processing part(140) compresses and converts the data stored in the data storing part so that it can be transmitted to a remote control system. An instruction processing part(150) analyzes and outputs an instruction received from the remote control system and transmits a performing result according to the instruction to the remote control system. A transmission reception analysis part(160) receives and analyzes a request signal received from the remote control system and then transmits a result according to the request signal to the remote control system.
