The ventilator has a rotary chopper wheel (11) with a blind hole (12) coaxially oriented to a rotation axis (9) and opening towards the base. A front end (13) of a metallic spindle (14), coaxial to the rotation axis, is covered by the blind hole. A lower end (15) of the spindle is anchored on a casing (16). Base of the blind hole rests on a front surface of the spindle.
