The process involves providing devices such as device with helical slit (2), winglet of wing upper surface, winglet of wing lower surface and winglet of wing upper and lower surfaces, with reflecting surfaces arranged in a zone. The devices have signaling lights. The surfaces are obtained by application of paint and adhesive tape or by blasting of despoiled glass or other silvery material or glazed material.
