A cervical spine fixing device is provided to form ring groove bands where ring members are received and hooked over, on an upper side of a plate, thereby removing a risk of loss of components by performing a surgical operation while all the components are combined with the plate, and showing a strong fixing power. Ring members(16) are contacted with or separated from a head portion of a screw(14) by rotating on one side to fix the head portion of the screw(14) on an upper side of a plate(12). Coupling members(18) are coupled with the plate(12) to compress the ring members(16) to fix the compressed ring members(16) when the ring members(16) are contacted with the head portion of the screw(14). Ring groove bands where the ring members(16) are received and hooked over are formed on the upper side of the plate(12).
