PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance monitor apparatus capable of efficiently setting apparatuses in a music studio or the like and utilizing input channels of a mixer for recording a playing sound of a musical instrument or the like without waste. SOLUTION: The performance monitor apparatus 10 provided with a connection connector 11 to which a multi-cable 30 for transmitting signals of a plurality of channels is connected; an adjustment means 12 for adjusting levels of signals of a plurality of channels transmitted through the multi-cable 30; and an output terminal 13 for outputting the signal adjusted by the adjustment means 12, is equipped with a speech microphone 14 for picking up sound and a changeover switch 15 for switching a connection state of the speech microphone 14 to the connection connector 11.
