PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely support a lighting fixture of a portable type, by firmly holding its fluorescent tube without looseness and protecting it from external shocks or vibrations. SOLUTION: In supporting an illumination lamp L of a fluorescent tube in the lighting fixture of a portable type, a front face of a cylindrical socket body 1 equipped with a power source terminal 2 inside is choked, and a grip body 20 with a support opening formed at a side for retaining an end part of the illumination lamp L is integrally fitted at a front choked part 13 with an electrode insertion part opened, through which an electrode terminal P is made inserted into the power source terminal 2. The grip body 20 is set integrally and jointedly to the front choked part 13 by a base part and is nearly C-shaped seen head-on equipped with left and right pinching pieces 21, to make up snappingly switching support openings, with the inner periphery diameter of the grip body 20 being made slightly smaller than the outer periphery diameter of the illumination lamp L, and with the center position of the illumination lamp L set farther toward the base part side than that of the grip body 20.
