PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit users to bring back partial contents in a system distributing contents via a network, thus preventing unlimited outflow of contents. SOLUTION: A server 1 distributes to a client 21, the programs of a content display part 23, displaying the contents obtained by issuing content requests independently from a browser 22 to the client 21, a mark part storage part 24, a copy part 25 displaying partial contents obtained by issuing partial content requests designated by a user to the client 21, and a note display part 27. A content sending part 3 sends the contents designated in response to the content requests to the client 21.
