PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle position detecting device with a temperature detecting function mounted thereon, and a driving system using the same. SOLUTION: The angle position detecting device (11) includes an N-phase VR type resolver (40), and an arithmetic means (31) that cancels the modulation components of N-phase resolver signals by the analog summing of the N-phase resolver signals output from the coils (Ca, Cb, Cc) of the N-phase VR type resolver (40), and generates a temperature detecting signal (Vt) that is independent signal of relative angle position between the rotor and stator of the N-phase VR type resolver (40) and the temperatures of the coils are (Ca, Cb, Cc) reflected to.
