PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse tube refrigeration machine capable of miniaturizing a room temperature side. SOLUTION: This pulse tube refrigeration machine comprises a pressure fluctuating source, cold storage units 21, 22 communicated with the pressure fluctuating source, pulse tubes 31, 32 communicated with the cold storage units, and phase control mechanisms 40, 50 including buffer tanks 41, 51 for adjusting the phase difference of pulse tube gas pressure wave and pulse tube low-temperature end gas flow velocity wave, and at least a part of the buffer tanks 41, 51 is mounted on a vacuum side.
