Thereafter, the surface of the tool W is mirror-finished by a shot blasting machine or an abrasive grain fluidizing and working apparatus, and further, the particles of molybdenum disulfide are projected on the surface of the tool W at≥80 m/s as abrasives. The temperature of the face collided with the abrasives in the surface of the tool W is locally raised by the conversion of velocity energy into heat energy.
