PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating liquid for rubber/fiber bonding use having small depression of the bonding performance with time. SOLUTION: The treating liquid for rubber/fiber bonding use contains a blocked polyisocyanate, a rubber latex and a thermoplastic elastomer reactive with isocyanate. Preferably, the thermoplastic elastomer has at least one group selected from a phenol group, hydroxy group and amino group on the hard segment or is a copolymer of a polybutadiene and a polyurethane.
