PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact resistance improver improving the impact resistance of a resin by a small amount, capable of keeping the weather resistance, moist heat resistance and heat distortion resistance good, and hardly causing insufficiency of flame retardance even if various kinds of flame retardants are used. SOLUTION: The impact resistance improver contains an acrylic rubber (A1) component obtained by polymerizing a composition containing a (meth)acrylic ester of an alcohol having a branched side chain or an alcohol having≥13C alkyl group, and a polyfunctional monomer as constituent components, and an acrylic rubber (A2) component obtained by polymerizing n-butyl acrylate and a polyfunctional monomer as constituent components. The Tg of the component (A1) is lower than the Tg of the component (A2), and at least one of the components (A1) and (A2) contains a graft copolymer obtained by forming a grafted part on a gummy polymer obtained by polymerizing stepwise two or more compositions having different mixed proportions of the polyfunctional monomer.
