PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board capable of displaying characters, designs, etc. by means of light in a three-dimensional manner, readily obtaining various display states, and displaying characters, designs, etc. effectively and fantastically. SOLUTION: This display board is provided with a flat-plate-like transparent plate having a flat light introducing surface in a periphery part, a support member for supporting the light introducing surface of the transparent plate, and a light source which is capable of irradiating the light introducing surface of the transparent plate with light and disposed in the interior of the support member. Characters, designs, etc. made up of concaved grooves having reflection means are formed on the surface of the transparent plate. When the light from the light source introduced through the light introducing surface is reflected by the reflection means composed of fine irregularities or the like of the concaved grooves, the characters, designs, etc. are displayed on the surface of the transparent plate by the light.
