PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for taking hydrogen into the body by not drinking hydrogen dissolved water but inhaling the hydrogen into the body by a nasal cavity inhalation method. SOLUTION: Hydrogen gas generated by electrolyzing water is directly taken into the body using a nasal cavity canula. This device comprises a hydrogen gas generator 3 and the nasal cavity canula 1, generates the hydrogen gas by the hydrogen gas generator 3, and internally takes it using the nasal cavity canula 1.
