PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising and promoting medium in which images of articles or the like that are to be advertised and promoted are inevitably and surely observed through a printed image display medium formed on the outer surface of an outer packing cup holder by individuals who hold the medium using the outer surface of the holder that packages single or a plurality of individual packing cups storing the products. SOLUTION: This advertising medium is characterized in that a printed image display part consisting of characters, figures, symbols, patterns or the like for advertising another article completely unrelated to the article(s) incorporated in the cup is formed on the outside wall of the cup holder for wrapping one or two or more cups storing the articles.
