PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable laser equipment, in which a condensing property of the laser beam is stabilized, and an accuracy in cutting or measurement is enhanced. SOLUTION: The laser equipment has an output mirror 2, which reflects a part of the laser beam, and penetrates remainder, a total reflector 3 which is arranged on the side facing the output mirror, and totally reflects the laser beam, and a laser medium 11 which is prepared between the output mirror and the total reflector in order to generate stimulated emission. The laser beam is projected from the output mirror 2. A transparent mirror 36 is arranged so that the laser beam may pass immediately after the laser beam is projected from the output mirror 2. The laser equipment has a means which changes curvature of the transparent mirror 36. Thus, distinct beam property is realizable in arbitrary positions, and the laser equipment which can apply various kinds of machining, is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
