PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens driving device for performing zooming and focusing driving, which realizes the shortening of a lens barrel and has a simple structure. SOLUTION: The zoom lens driving device is incorporated in a zoom lens barrel, and principally includes a fixed ring, a cam ring, 2nd and 3rd group frame units 54 and 60, 2nd and 3rd group rotating zoom frames 58 and 68 and a lens driving frame or the like. The advance/retreat amount of 2nd and 3rd group lenses 51 and 61, that is, the moving amount of cam followers 55 and 65 is a moving amount obtained by adding the moving amount of the cam followers 55 and 65 relatively moving on cam grooves 58d and 68d with the rotation of the frames 58 and 68 at the zooming time and the rotation of a lens driving frame 84 at the focusing time to the advance/retreat amount of the frames 58 and 68 by zooming.
