Process for counterbalancing a rolling body comprises injecting a hardenable liquid plastic (9) into a hollow body (1) which rotates about its axis of rotation so that the plastic is distributed over the complete axial length of the hollow body. The rotational speed of the hollow body is high enough to place and harden the plastic on the inner wall (1') as a consequence of the centrifugal force.
