<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay control device which easily and appropriately synchronizes data and a strobe signal when fetching the data synchronously with the strobe signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a delay control device 1, a plurality of inputted data are delayed just for a predetermined value by minimum delay elements 2a-2d and inputted to data terminals of corresponding flip-flops 6a-6d, an inputted strobe signal is delayed by a delay element 3 and inputted to clock terminals of the flip-flops 6a-6d, and the flip-flops 6a-6d fetch the data delayed by the minimum delay elements 2a-2d on the basis of the strobe signal delayed by the delay element 3 but buffers 4a-4c for passing the data delayed by the minimum delay elements 2a-2d are disposed in accordance with skew between the plurality of minimum delay elements 2a-2d and the flip-flops 6a-6d, thereby appropriately synchronizing the data and the strobe signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
