POWER SAVING MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSOR, POWER SAVING CONTROL SYSTEM OF INFORMATION PROCESSOR, AND POWER SAVING CONTROL METHOD OF INFORMATION PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift an apparatus which performs minor processing among a plurality of information processors connected to a network to a power saving mode.

SOLUTION: An audio system is constituted of a plurality of appliances (a master and appliances A-C) connected with a network. Each appliance transmits information which indicates functions provided and functions under execution to a master through a network. The master creates (updates) a device management table based on appliance information received from all appliances. The master searches the device management table and detects the appliance B which satisfies the following conditions; namely the function under execution in the appliance B is one (103), and the function (103) is commonly provided in other appliance C, the appliance B is detected. The master further, makes the appliance B suspend the function (103) and at the same time makes the appliance C perform the function (103), and then sends the instruction to the appliance B to shift to the power saving mode.
