<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for assisting communication between a manager and a truck driver for preventing miscommunication due to oral instruction and oral report of correcting and delivering load. <P>SOLUTION: First, the manager registers mobile phone mail addresses of truck drivers with a communication assisting device. Then, contents to be informed to the truck drivers are registered with the communication assisting device on the Internet. After registration, the communication assisting device creates a Web page describing contents of communications per driver, and sends an e-mail specifying the address of the Web page of the driver to the driver. The driver accesses to the Web page from the Web page address in the received e-mail, and checks information of the correcting and delivering loads. The Web page accessed by the driver can respond to OK, loaded, delivered, and communications regarding information of individual correcting and delivering loads, and the driver responds corresponding a status.
