PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a detection range of a tire state amount at a tire state detecting device installed in a tire so as to detect its tire state amount. SOLUTION: A strain sensor 32 in a tire state detecting device which is deformed in response to a force acting from a tire 12 and outputs a signal corresponding to its amount of deformation is buried inside the tire 12. Further, the strain sensor 32 is enclosed with a capsule 30 inside the tire 12 and an amount of deformation of the strain sensor 32 is reduced dynamically in response to an amount of the deformation of the tire 12.
