PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag by which a manufacturing work is easily performed and can be effectively used not only for merchandise management but also as a sales promotion tool for connecting a seller and a buyer. SOLUTION: The tag consists of a short side part 3a and a long side part 3b folded by using a position approached to one end side of the longitudinal direction from a center part of the longitudinal direction of a main body part 3 formed approximate in rectangular shape as a boundary line, an artificial bonding layer 5 for performing artificial bonding of contact surfaces 3A, 3B is provided between the contact surfaces 3A and 3B between the folded short side part 3a and the long side part 3b, the same management codes 6, 7, 8 are printed on the surface of the short side 3a and on the surface of the long side part 3b to be exposed on the same surface side as the surface of the short side part 3b and a part 3G in which a management code 8 at the long side part 3b is made separable.
