PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that: in a conventional one-way joint, anchor members for preventing slipout of a male joint are made of synthetic resin, but the intervention of a soft connection member between a holding member and the anchor members in order to make the anchor members bendable while ensuring the mechanical strength of the same, positively transfers the motion of the temporary withdrawal of the anchor members for allowing the entering of the male joint, but can cause a phenomenon of the uncertain restoration of the anchor members to an engaging position again. SOLUTION: A female joint is formed by coupling the holding member which has an entering hole for an engaging head formed at the axial end of the male joint, to the anchor members for inhibiting the retrograde motion of the engaging head having entered the same by means of the connecting member made of a relatively soft synthetic resin. Then the anchor members are conically arranged in a manner inclining from the holding member toward the interior in an entering direction, and arranged side by side in an outward tiltable manner.
