PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antislip shoe sole, which is favorable, for example, to be used for work shoes in snowy areas in winter season and also can cope with variously changing situations. SOLUTION: The shoe sole comprises a midsole 2 made of an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam and outsoles 3a and 3b made of a synthetic rubber bonded onto the midsole 2. In a tread portion A and a heal portion B of the shoe sole, the outsoles 3a and 3b are inclined to be lowered at the outer edges 31 thereof and the midsole 2 is exposed through holes 4a and 4b formed in the outsoles 3a and 3b and a plurality of studs 5a and 5b are formed on the exposed surfaces of the midsole 2 integrally therewith to project downward from the outer edges 31 of the outsoles 3a and 3b, respectively.
