PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discarding of table arrangement articles made of paper and to improve decorative characteristics and practical functionality as table arrangement articles. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional material 10 is formed by folding a single piece of material paper into a specified three-dimensional shape by origami technique. The three-dimensional material is impregnated with transparent resin coating so as to impart strength for maintaining the three-dimensional shape and water resistance. Thereby, it obtains the strength for retaining the shape so as to be used a plurality of times and the water resistance to water-washing, while retaining an appearance as a paper product. The table arrangement articles are used as decoration at the time of dishing of Japanese-style food or Western-style food, and also used as rests for chopsticks and as spice containers corresponding to their three-dimensional shapes.
